What Triage is for
Triage turns raw Search Console data into a ranked to-do list. Instead of scrolling through hundreds of URLs, you get a prioritised feed of pages that will move the needle if you fix them.
Open it from Sites → your site → Triage.
Every row combines four inputs into a single priority score:
- Opportunity — how close the page is to ranking better.
- CTR gap — how much clicks it's leaving on the table given its position.
- Content quality — how the page scores in LinkLoom's own SEO / AEO / GEO analyzers.
- Site AI visibility — a site-wide adjustment when your composite AI-visibility score is below 40.
Pages with zero impressions are excluded — Google isn't showing them, so there's nothing to triage yet.
Priority tiers
Each page is placed in one of four buckets based on its priority score:
- Critical (≥ 75) — biggest expected impact. Do these first.
- High (60–74)
- Medium (40–59)
- Low (< 40)
The four cards at the top of the page count how many pages sit in each tier for the current filter.
Filters
Two independent filter rows sit above the list:
Type of issue (from the coloured chips):
- All — every page that made it into the queue.
- Quick wins — the Opportunity signal is strong (position 5–20 with meaningful impressions).
- High traffic at risk — ≥ 500 impressions and either a CTR gap or a quality problem. Fix these to defend traffic you already have.
- Low visibility — average position worse than 15, or your site-wide AI visibility is dragging results down.
- Content quality — the SEO / AEO / GEO scores flag the page as under-optimised.
Source:
- All sources — every page.
- Internal — only pages that are matched to content you created in LinkLoom (badge shows a live
contentslink). - External — pages Google is ranking that LinkLoom hasn't indexed as your own content yet (old posts, WordPress pages, landing pages, etc.).
What each row shows
- The URL and its detected title (from the matched LinkLoom article, or from external analysis if one has been run).
- 28-day clicks, impressions, CTR, average position.
- AEO / SEO / GEO scores when we have them.
- Reasons — human-readable bullets explaining why the page is in the queue. Examples: "Opportunity: position 12.4, 320 impressions", "Low CTR: 1.2% at position 6.1", "Content quality: min score 42", "External page — run analysis to score".
Recommendations sheet
Click a row to open the Recommendations side sheet. It surfaces concrete next steps for the page based on which signals were strongest. From here you can:
- Edit — jump straight into the editor for internal pages.
- Run analysis — for external pages, kick off an on-demand SEO/AEO/GEO scan of the live URL so LinkLoom has scores to reason about (see budget below).
- Dismiss — remove the page from the queue. Dismissals are per-site and persistent; they hide the page from every triage filter going forward.
External page analysis + budget
External pages start with no LinkLoom scores. Running analysis fetches the live URL, extracts content, and produces AEO / SEO / GEO scores plus recommendations — the same engine your internal articles use.
The number of external analyses you can run per month is capped by your plan. The header shows Analyses this month with the used / limit count. When you've exhausted the budget, the Run analysis button in the sheet is disabled and shows the remaining count. New quota rolls over each billing period.
Empty states
- "No pages match this filter" — try All, or check that GSC has synced recently.
- If the All filter also comes back empty even after syncing, your primary property may not include the URLs you expect. Revisit Search Console setup and pick a broader property (e.g. the domain property).
